If you are having any issue with this plugin then feel free to leave a comment in the comment area below.
@Leon, can you please give me an example use case so I can understand the requirement a little better?
Can this plugin be integrated with WP eMember so that you have control over your links based on the users logged in/out status?
@Mike, This is something you use on your site to make your affiliate links look prettier. Your affiliates will use this (or a similar solution) on THEIR sites to make their affiliate link prettier. Think of this way… Amazon doesn’t make the link prettier. The affiliates of amazon will do that when they use the links on their site.
Is there a way to use this with the Affiliate Plug In such that I can give my affiliates a prettier, more meaningful affiliate link?
@Christa, Can you please give an example of how you plan to use it with a shortcode? If I can see an example it will help me give you a correct answer.
Can the affiliate link manager work with shortcodes ?

This is definitely a plugin to have if you are doing affiliate marketing, and especially so if you are just getting started as it makes the whole thing a whole lot easier to manage. Thanks for sharing this, hope to see more of such tips in the future!
Yeah, there should be no issue with WooThemes.
